Howdy people, hope you have all been having a grand february. I thought I'd post a little devlog explaining what's coming next for the game.

So 0.24 is coming up on us soon, should be ready for release before the end of the month, this update's coming to you a little sooner than the last and that's because it's scope and scale has been slightly reduced due to the fact that 0.25 is going to feature large segments of main story.

As it stands, 0.24 is going to feature:

-Alex's Sex event, which will feature 7 outfits (one voted for by patrons)

-3 new, sizeable events

-An Eldrite Lewd Event

-New gallery system (most likely)

Small aside, Nobre and I have been working on remaking the gallery to allow you to access ANY event from every character, including main story quests and side quests. This new gallery will be categorised, so you can figure out which character's events you're watching. Repeatable events won't be found in the gallery however, stuff like Sex Events, Lewd Events and Collab Events will still be only in the main game, but hopefully this will make refreshing yourself on certain character's storys easier. I wish I had a WIP version of the new gallery to show you but it's not quite ready yet. Hopefully it will be done in time for 0.24, at least a WIP version of it that might look a little shit, but functions correctly.

Anyway, onto the main event, the two new characters at the top of this post, who are they? Well I can't say much but they are two of the new characters coming in 0.25, featured in the new main quests that takes place at... a dimension I can't say. There's one more character that I'm purposely not showing yet (he needs a redesign) but I'm sure a certain demographic (Femboy fans) will enjoy him. 

You might have noticed a trend in distribution of content in updates, ever since 0.15, every fifth update has featured large amounts of main story content, usually with new locations and characters to go with it.

As you can see in this expertly made diagram, there's a tiny little Melon! Hello Melon! Other than Melon, you can see that the interim updates are usually dedicated to existing character's story progress, this in no way means that these updates are worth less, sometimes they are larger than the milestone updates, this diagram is just to show my thought process for planning out future updates. Now 0.24 has kind of thrown me for a loop because my attention was split between a lot of things all at the same time. I had to design the new characters for 0.25 and block out it's story, but in the background I've been blocking out the 0.30  update's story, as that's going to feature a brand new dimension with an almost entirely new cast of up to 10 characters, which will... suck for me. If you've been lurking in the discord you would know by now I've been hinting at a 'train murder mystery' dimension, this is that... most likely. See there's another large update I've been working on in the background, down by the bottom of the diagram, it's a massive, over 100k word story that parallels the main story, I've had this big event planned out for a month or so now and I've actually begun writing it for real, so some of 0.24's word count has been split into this far future event that I doubt will come out for some time. There's always the chance that I switch 0.30's main story with this secret event, but I'm not sure how it'll go, we'll see how much time I have spare (I am working 2 jobs outside of developing this game haha... support me on patreon...)

As a part of this big secret event I've also been working with a composer to get some custom-made music in the game, as well as making a few tracks myself (I suck) You'll probably see inklings of this in the future, actually 0.25 is likely going to feature a few music tracks by yours truly, so make sure to tell me how much you hate it. I'll probably create a youtube channel in the near future so I can upload the parts of the Dimension 69 OST that was made by me or this composer and who knows maybe I'll use it to post a trailer or something in the future!
